Opening of a showroom in Mainhausen
Timberland's sales team is repositioning itself in the DACH region. Under the leadership of Alwin van Dijk as Sales Director, DACH, Scandinavia and Benelux now form the new higher-level sales region Central/North.
Alexander Schlosser has been filling the position of Sales Manager Central since the beginning of the year and has thus taken over the sales team for the DACH region. Three years ago, Schlosser started as a key account manager at Timberland. Previous positions in the shoe industry were Gabor Footwear, Marc O'Polo and Ecco.

After two years at Timberland, Jan Schomeier will be responsible for Energy Account Distribution as Key Account Manager in the Central/North Region.

In their third year at Timberland, Yvonne Dahmen and Pierre Peschaud form the field team. In addition to her new duties as Senior Sales Representative, Dahmen will continue to manage the showroom in Munich. After working in Switzerland, Peschaud takes over the showroom in Hamburg and looks after the northern sales region.
From the spring/summer 2024 season, the new showroom will be in the O1 order center in Mainhausen. From June 1st, Peter Kaufmann will be responsible for this as Key Account Manager Sporting Goods. For the past five years in the Ecco sales team DACH, his focus has been on the outdoor sector. Kaufmann previously spent five years at Columbia Sportswear, also in sales.

With the opening of the showroom in Mainhausen, Timberland is further expanding its collaboration with the ANWR Group via a single account model. After a positive pilot phase in the fall/winter 2023 season, the new offering will be extensively expanded from the spring/summer 2024 order round, the company announced.
