Düsseldorfer Verbundgruppe is growing in Belgium and Germany
The Düsseldorf-based Rexor Shoe Purchasing Association achieved the “historically best central regulation sales in its history” in the last financial year, despite the current difficult retail situation, as the company announced. Central settlement sales increased by 2022 percent to 2,8 million compared to the 222,8 financial year. By far the highest sales were recorded in Belgium and Germany. In both countries, central settlement sales increased compared to the previous year.
Although the Rexor celebrated its 2023th birthday in 70, there were no celebrations. Instead, the group granted its partner companies a value date of 70 days for one decade each in both the spring/summer and fall/winter seasons. This offer was used by a large number of Rexor dealers during the challenging retail conditions of the past year. The refinancing of the currencies combined with the higher interest rates has a corresponding impact on Rexor's results, according to a statement.
Rexor's annual surplus of 145.000 euros will be distributed in full to the shareholders. The dividend amounts to 26,5 percent of the deposit.
The partner meeting with the presentation of the business deal will take place at Shoes in Düsseldorf on March 3, 2024.
