Football star signs sponsorship agreement with Herzogenaurach sporting goods company
Sports company Puma has signed a “long-term contract” with Brazilian soccer star Neymar. Neymar will not only wear the Puma King on the pitch, but will also be a brand ambassador off the pitch. The Brazilian only announced at the end of August that the collaboration with Nike had ended after 15 years.
Neymar has won many titles in Brazil, Spain and France as well as the Champions League and the Copa Libertadores. He won gold with the Brazilian national team at the 2016 Olympic Games. For Brazil, he scored 61 goals in 101 games, making him the third best goalscorer in the history of the Brazilian national team. Neymar currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain and has already won the championship title there three times.
