Personnel changes in the DACH region
After founding the new Tecnica Footwear business unit under the leadership of Adriano Rossato in February, the Italian shoe manufacturer has restructured the sales team for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Tecnica Footwear filled two positions internally in its outdoor area through job rotation and further development: Fabian Steinmetz took over the position of Sales Manager for Germany on May 1st. After a long period of service at Blizzard and Tecnica since 2013, the 39-year-old most recently worked as Marketing Manager for both brands.
On June 1st, Luigi Tamai from the headquarters in Giavera also went to Austria, where he acts as sales manager for Austria and Switzerland. He has been working at Tecnica Footwear for more than eight years in various positions, including International Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
In the future, Luigi Tamai will not only look after the associations and key accounts in his position as sales manager, but also the Vorarlberg and Tyrol areas in the field. The districts of Kufstein and Kitzbühel are excluded. In the future, Ognjen Dzeko will take over this together with the areas of Salzburg, Upper Austria, East Tyrol and Carinthia. He has been working as a Tec Rep for training in the footwear sector in Austrian retailers for a year. Helmut Pitzl continues to be responsible for Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland and Styria. The representatives and territories for Blizzard Tecnica remain unchanged.
