The online retailers Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter, which belong to the luxury group Richemont, have temporarily stopped their online activities. Anyone who clicks on the pages will only see one message: “For the health and safety of our community, we have temporarily closed our distribution center until further notice. We hope you are all safe and look forward to welcoming you back soon.” How long the closure will last was not announced.
You can no longer order on the website. Returns are also not currently accepted. Accordingly, the return period has been extended to 60 days.
