Deuter, Lowa and Leki go on roadshow
The three German outdoor brands Deuter, Lowa and Leki, which cooperate under the joint name German Outdoor Brands (GOB), will also be offering the sports retail trade a comprehensive range of training courses in 2025. As in 2024, GOB will once again be going on a roadshow to offer retailers and their employees the opportunity to test backpacks, shoes and poles in practice.
The GOB Factory Tour on March 19th/20th marks the start of the training year for outdoor retailers. Retail representatives have the opportunity to get an idea of production directly in the Lowa factories in Jetzendorf and Leki in Tachov (Czech Republic).
“With the GOB Factory Tour, we not only want to give retailers exclusive insights behind the scenes, but above all, we want to give them as many arguments as possible for selling the products,” says Björn Beyer, trade marketing coordinator at Lowa.
The centerpiece of the training program is the interactive GOB Roadshow on March 25 and 26. The three outdoor manufacturers invite retailers and sales staff to go out into nature together to test backpacks, shoes and hiking poles. Experts from the brands accompany the event. In the first half of 2025, the roadshow will stop in Kirchheim unter Teck (March 25) and Gersthofen (March 26).
